My passion has always been the examination of customer needs and the creative development of suitable solution concepts. The search for versatile and challenging tasks led me to consulting after many years of working in marketing and product management. When I first became aware of Prospire, in addition to the prospect of working with partners on a daily basis in a small team, I was particularly attracted by the strong focus on personal development together with others.
My personal project highlight so far was building a new Swiss digital bank, which Prospire closely supported from idea generation to go-live. In a hyper-agile way of working, we played a significant role in shaping and helping to shape the bank in various roles. Within the team, everyone is at eye level, even with the partner. There is no hierarchy, rather the commitment and initiative of each individual team member is required. The four-member Prospire team proved to be a true high-performance team in the course of this project. Through maximum cooperation and trust, we worked together as a sworn community over a longer period of time to achieve a far above-average performance for the customer.
Through the permanent feedback culture, each individual team member also developed strongly on an individual level. The mutual promotion and interest in the further development of all peers, both on the team and on the client side, is a core value of Prospire that does not only exist on paper, but is lived and breathed by everyone on a daily basis. This transformational development along personal strengths and the fun of working in such a unique team culture is why I burn for Prospire - a little bit more every day!
